Membership
Club 100 is a special project where individuals adopt a Tuscan olive tree on the
Riparbella estate and receive four organic 250 ml bottles of Riparbella Extra Virgin Olive
Oil from our annual harvests.
Sustainability
As a member of Club 100, you are helping ensure
the long-term viability of a small, traditional Tuscan farm, preserving an
agricultural heritage that dates back to the year 1207, the first record of
Villa Riparbella and its olive oil production.
How It Works
After adoption your oil will be delivered in an embossed wooden box along with the GPS
coordinates and a photo of your ceramic plaque on your adopted tree. Along with periodic updates on the growing season, events in Italy and recipes that
pair well with Riparbella’s EVOO.
Ceramic Plaques
Plaques bearing your name will be hand-painted by a Florentine artist. They will
be hung on the tree for the duration of your adoption. At the end of the adoption
we will send you your plaque as a memento.
The Grove
Nestled in the heart of Tuscany near the ancient hilltop town of Volterra, the Riparbella estate sits atop a summit at 600–700 feet above sea level. Its mineral-rich soil nourishes our 300+ olive trees, which include four traditional varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino.
The Harvest
Harvested exclusively by hand just before reaching peak ripeness and
milled, without exception as quickly as possible ensures the vibrant
color, flavor and magnificent bouquet of our EVOO.
