Mangia

Menu

An Italian menu is a delightful journey through traditional courses, each offering a distinct taste of Italy’s rich culinary heritage. Typically, it begins with antipasti, light appetizers such as cured meats, cheeses, or bruschetta. This is followed by primi, pasta or risotto dishes that are hearty yet elegant. Next comes secondi, the main course, often featuring meat, fish, or poultry accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables or cortoni, (sides). To finish, dolci brings indulgent desserts like tiramisu or cannoli, while caffè provides a strong espresso to round off the meal. Each category reflects the regional flavors and passion that make Italian cuisine so beloved worldwide.
